Christel is a DREAMER, Fashion-Teller, Curator & Translator of Style

Living at the intersection between fashion and travel. 

A Filipino-American who grew up with the wanderlust gene tattooed on her soul. Having traveled internationally at a young age, she developed a notable palette for appreciating the extremes between cultures, cuisines and fashion.

  Christel lived in Florence, Italy where she attended Polimoda International Institute to achieve her Master’s in Fashion Merchandising and Marketing at the age of 24.  She visited garment and leather factories, attended Milan Fashion Week, the Pitti shows and learned about the international fashion world from some of the industry's most elite leaders. Prior to living abroad she also achieved her Bachelor’s in Economics & Psychology from the University of California Davis. Since moving back to California, Christel has held several positions in the fashion industry, recently in apparel buying.

She has traveled the world to amazing destinations including India, Brazil, Japan, Spain and France.

In her eyes, the world is fashion's most influential runway.

 She combines her passions for Fashion and Travel by translating the ideas and cultures that inspire her into wearable fashion.

Moved by all creative mediums. From music and film, literature and design. She values both extremes of art. Vintage to Avante-Garde. Street style to runway. Food carts to fine dining. The fusion between the contrasting ideas is what captivates her and where she finds the most unique beauty.

Her personal style is a reflection of her inspirations and character, both constantly evolving. Her dream career lies somewhere between Anna Wintour and Anthony Bourdain.
